Dioworks Showcase Builds - GP200 & SX200

I have gathered together the excellent series of build videos created by Erik Westberg in support of this project. Erik has created a complete four part video series for each of his superb builds of the GP200 and new SX200 model kits. All of his videos plus other projects he has built can be seen on his Youtube channel DIOWORK.

SX200 Toolbox Alignment Instructions

This is an important bulletin to point out a critical step that you must observe when building the SX200 kit.

The toolbox and airbox are a very snug fit in the hoop and if they are not properly seated, it results in the air filter box being out of position. The consequence of this is the air hose will not line up with the carburettor. There are two location features inside the hoop and the toolbox must be firmly snapped into both features. If it is snug, you can always sand a little off the toolbox. I strongly recommend a dry fit first with engine and air box in place to check fit.
